
Your baby may be reluctant to try new foods, so give her time to get used to each food and don’t persist if she seems to dislike something.
- Give one new food at a time. Try it once and wait for several days before giving it again to see if there’s a reaction
- Use dry infant cereals rather than the ones in jars; dry cereals are more nutritious
- Don’t give foods containing gluten, milk, or egg for at least six months, to avoid developing allergies later
